Return Policy

There is no return/refund once the HTML template is generated from our system and a soft copy is sent to you. If there is any technical issue such as the mail/softcopy is not sent, or you are unable to access the file then we will recreate the copy and send it to you again. Once you accept the template, there will be no return or refund. Our designer will create the templates and send them to the customer. If you change the design more than three times, an additional fee will be added.
